Girl Scout Cookie Theft in Tucson

Oh my God! Really? How filthy of a person do you have to be to do this? what garbage! This is as scummy as the guy who stole money from the bell-ringing Santa in front of the Walmart.

There is a special place in hell for low-life scumbags that steal from little girls and Santa Claus. What? Do these people punch bunnies and kittens in the face, too?

Oh say, that reminds me. It’s Girl Scout Cookie time. Please help support by buying as much as you can — you can lose the weight later.

TUCSON, Ariz. — Two Tucson-area Girl Scout troops were crime victims as thieves grabbed and ran off with the troops’ cash boxes from cookie sales.

The Arizona Daily Star reports that both thefts took place over the weekend.

In one case, two women spoke with girls selling cookies outside a grocery store before one of the women grabbed the cash box containing about $375. The women fled in a car that had its license plate covered.

In the second case, a man grabbed a box with about $250 from a troop’s table outside a bookstore. He ran off and hopped a nearby fence.

Debbie Rich, CEO of Girl Scouts of Southern Arizona, says the Girl Scouts will consider what they can do to improve security, possibly including training for different scenarios.
